Notice No. 2130 (B.E. 2564) of the Central Land Transport Control Board sets the route of line 3-22E on page 93, as below.[537]

From ปากน้ำ to สถานีขนส่งผู้โดยสารกรุงเทพฯ (ถนนบรมราชชนนี)

  1. Start at ปากน้ำ (บริเวณวงเวียนท้ายบ้าน)
  2. Along ถนนด่านเก่า ถนนศรีสมุทร ถนนประโคนชัย ถนนสุขุมวิท
  3. Get on ทางพิเศษเฉลิมมหานครที่ด่านบางนา
  4. Along ทางพิเศษเฉลิมมหานคร
  5. Get off ทางพิเศษเฉลิมมหานครที่ด่านเพชรบุรี
  6. Turn left onto ถนนเพชรบุรี
  7. Turn left onto ถนนหลานหลวง ถนนราชดำเนินกลาง
