Notice No. 2130 (B.E. 2564) of the Central Land Transport Control Board sets the route of line 2-43 on page 79, as below.[537]

These later notices name line 2-43, so read them too: the route below may not be the current one.

  1. Start at สถานีขนส่งผู้โดยสารกรุงเทพฯ (จตุจักร)
  2. Along ถนนกำแพงเพชร ๒
  3. Turn left onto ถนนรัชดาภิเษก ถนนวงศ์สว่าง, to แยกประชาราษฎร์
  4. Turn left onto ถนนประชาราษฎร์สาย ๑ ถนนสามเสน, to แยกบางขุนพรหม
  5. Turn left onto ถนนวิสุทธิกษัตริย์ ถนนจักรพรรดิพงษ์ ถนนจักรวรรดิ์ ถนนวรจักร, to แยกเอสเอบี
  6. Turn left onto ถนนเจริญกรุง, to แยกหมอมี
  7. Turn left onto ถนนมิตรพันธ์, to วงเวียน ๒๒ กรกฎา
  8. Turn right onto ถนนไมตรีจิตต์, to แยกไมตรีจิตต์

  6. Turn left onto ถนนวงศ์สว่าง
  7. Then follow the same route
