Line 1-8 (formerly 59) is run by BMTA.[1483]

Numbers starting 1- are for routes that start in the north of Bangkok (the north and northeast zones), bounded by Highway 1 (Phahonyothin Road).[537]

  2. Along ถนนรังสิต - ปทุมธานี
  3. Turn right onto ถนนพหลโยธิน ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต
  4. Turn left onto ถนนแจ้งวัฒนะ, to อนุสาวรีย์พิทักษ์รัฐธรรมนูญ
  5. Turn right onto ถนนพหลโยธิน
  6. Turn left onto ถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต
  7. Turn right onto ถนนดินแดง ถนนราชวิถี, to อนุสาวรีย์ชัยสมรภูมิ
