From สวนสยาม to ลำลูกกาคลอง ๑๒

  1. Start at สวนสยาม
  2. Along ถนนสวนสยาม, to แยกโรงพยาบาลนพรัตน์
  3. Turn right onto ถนนรามอินทรา ถนนสีหบุรานุกิจ
  4. Turn left onto ถนนร่มเกล้า
  5. Turn right onto ถนนสุวินทวงศ์
  6. Turn left onto ถนนนิมิตรใหม่
  7. Turn right onto ถนนประชาร่วมใจ ถนนมิตรไมตรี
  8. Turn left onto ถนนประชาสำราญ
  9. Turn left onto ถนนลำไทร
  10. End at ลำลูกกาคลอง ๑๒ (ตลาดสดคลอง ๑๒ ลำไทร)

From ลำลูกกาคลอง ๑๒ to สวนสยาม

  1. Start at ลำลูกกาคลอง ๑๒ (ตลาดสดคลอง ๑๒ ลำไทร)
  2. Along ถนนลำไทร
  3. Then follow the same route, to ถนนสุวินทวงศ์
  4. Turn left onto ถนนสุวินทวงศ์, to แยกรามคำแหง - สุวินทวงศ์
